I made these for the 4th of July, but forgot to add the blue sprinkles... oh well! Red velvet cupcakes stuffed with Jameson ganache and topped with Baileys Irish Cream icing and cute little flags I found in the dollar bins at Michaels. Awwwwww yeeeeah.
